Management
W ilmington Pharmaceuticals is organized to focus the talents of the core management team on creating valuable new medicines while avoiding the large development and support staff of traditional pharmaceutical companies
Overlaying telecommuting with carefully designed management practices, the core team can efficiently apply their time and talents to the selection, development and licensing of enhanced medicines at significantly lower scientific, regulatory, and financial risk than experienced by the pharmaceutical industry in general.
